Ian Lunny

To say I am a bit of geek is an understatement. Growing up I spent my childhood reading comics and watching films that were introduced to me by my father. He showed me sci-fi adventure films of Star Wars and flash Gordon, the Westerns of John Ford and classics of Alfred Hitchcock. I took this passion into my university study where, I began to contribute film reviews to my campus newspaper and dedicate my studies to understanding cinema.

In my post study life I have wanted to contribute to the critical discussion of film and have found UK film review a place to do so.
