Chris Olson

I am the Founder of UK Film Review and have been a film critic since 2010 - originally writing for London publications. My passion is for great films, no matter the budget, and have promoted indie filmmakers through UKFR since 2012 when it was founded.

Along with my film reviews, I also interview filmmakers and take part regularly on the UK Film Review Podcast - which is available to listen to via all good Podcast platforms.

Each year, I also organise and host the UK Film Review Festival - an event that supports indie filmmakers from around the world.

Outside of film I like to spend time with my two daughters and wife, as well as write/record music.
